Prof. Avv. Matteo Caputo

Matteo is full Professor of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, where he teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Law Clinic and where he is Coordinator of the “Federico Stella” Graduate School on Criminal Justice. Supreme Court Attorney, he provides legal advice and judicial assistance to individuals and companies in the field of corporate criminal law and health malpractice.

Due to the increasing complexity and the central role that compliance has assumed in the business environment, it has developed a particular expertise in the analysis and management of non-compliance risks. He was a member of the Board of AODV231 and currently he is a member of various supervisory bodies of significant legal entities in the financial, banking, pharmaceutical, industrial and non-profit sectors, also dealing with the drafting and updating of compliance programs pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
