Avv. Laura Ninni

Born in 1992, in 2016 she graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Milan with a final thesis in criminal law  (supervisor Prof. Fabio Basile).

In 2020 she obtained her PhD in “Studies on Organized Crime” from the University of Milan, Department of International, Legal, and Historical-Political Studies, with a thesis entitled “Contiguity to the Mafia: regulatory instruments for prevention and combating,” supervised by Prof. Fabio Basile.

As part of her doctoral program, she was a research visitor at the Faculteit Rechtsgeleerdheid KU Leuven (Catholic University of Leuven), tutored by Prof. Dr. Frank Verbruggen of the Institute of Criminal Law.

She has been qualified to practice law since October 2019 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2021.

From 2021 to 2024, she collaborated with another leading law firm, where she mainly dealt with environmental criminal law.

She has been working with Lonati Law Firm since November 2024, where she practices in the areas of environmental criminal law, economics, with specific reference to corporate crimes, crimes against property and against the public administration, as well as in the area of administrative responsability of corporate bodies.
